Pitts previously served as the Greenville city attorney and as county attorney for Anderson County.
He has experience across all facets of legal representation impacting local governments and the private entities with which they interact, including developers. He also has experience in employment and commercial litigation. In addition, he was in private practice for 18 years before entering public service.
